Professional Experience
Mark had previously worked in the construction industry before opening Mark Oerther Associates, Inc. He has completed over 5600 inspections. He was one of six home inspectors representing the home inspection industry on Kentucky's Task Force Committee for licensing home inspectors. This group was responsible for the design and implementation of Kentucky State Senate Bill 34 which licensed home inspectors in the state of Kentucky effective July 1, 2006. Mark was appointed as a board member to the Kentucky Board of Home inspectors in 2011.
